Gautier Engisch
Gautier served as Vice-President and Associate General Counsel at Procter & Gamble, where he led the EMEA Patents group. In this position, he oversaw some 50 patent professionals in Europe and advised Procter & Gamble’s senior management on intellectual property issues. Gautier has authored numerous IP Strategies and been involved in licensing agreements, acquisitions, divestitures, mediation and litigation. Throughout his 35-year career at Proctor and Gamble he was lead representative in a number of oppositions and hearings at the EPO and drafted many patent applications.
Gautier is also the Director of the IP Executives Council at The Conference Board, served as Co-Chair of the European Practice Committee of IPO (IP Owners Association), and taught patent law at CEIPI-EPI. He is fluent in English and French.
